Shipping policy
We deliver throughout Latvia and your order will arrive at your doorstep within 2-4 business days (depending on the courier service load). Delivery of alcoholic beverages takes place in the Republic of Latvia within the time allowed by law.

Delivery fee:
- up to 29.99 EUR - 3 EUR with Omniva parcel machine or 7 EUR with courier to your address.
- from 30.00 EUR - free delivery to Omniva parcel machine. You can also choose the option of delivery by courier for 7 EUR.
❗Please note the weight restrictions - we deliver products up to 31 kg via Omniva parcel machines or courier (for calculation you can use - 1 can - 0.45 kg, 1 hot drink bottle - 1.25 kg, 1 gift set - 2.5 kg). If your order exceeds 31kg, we will contact you to discuss delivery options and costs, as delivery may need to be made on a pallet.
We provide delivery via parcel machine or couriers on weekdays and Saturdays from 10:00 to 20:00 or on Sundays from 10:00 to 18:00. Upon receiving the shipment, you will need to confirm your identity with Smart-ID at the Omniva parcel machine or the courier will ask you to present an identity document (ID or passport) to verify that you are the recipient of the shipment and are at least 18 years old.
We provide delivery outside Latvia to EU and EEA countries via international couriers - when placing an order, please select this option and indicate the full delivery address in the additional information field. After receiving the order, we will prepare an offer and send it to you for approval, so that later we can prepare an additional invoice for delivery costs in Europe.
